All of our participating cafés offer regular, espresso-free beverages such as chai, hot chocolate, matcha, or herbal teas that can be redeemed with your Pass.

Physical Passes can be purchased:

1) At any participating café

• Scan the QR code located at the café counter to purchase your Pass 

• Show the barista your order confirmation email

• Receive a physical Pass from the barista 

• Scratch the back of your Pass to reveal your unique activation code

• Download the app

• Create an account and enter the activation code

• Voilà, start your coffee adventure!

2) Directly from our website or app (mailed to you or your giftee)

Once you’ve downloaded the app and created an account, you don’t have to keep your physical Pass with you when visiting participating cafés. 

Digital Passes are available online for easy gifting and instant access.

• Your activation code can be found in your order confirmation email

• If it’s a gift, simply forward the email to your giftee 

• Download the app

• Create an account and enter the activation code found in your order confirmation email

• Voilà, start sipping through the city!

No, physical Passes purchased on our website or app will be mailed directly to you or your giftee.

Physical Passes can also be purchased at any participating café. Please visit the counter to purchase and pick up a Pass. 

No worries, once you’ve downloaded the app and created an account with your activation code, you no longer need the physical Pass.

If you haven’t download the app and activated your Pass yet, treat the Pass like cash until you've created your account and redeemed your activation code.

Yes. The app is required to activate and access your Pass and all its goodies.

If you purchased a physical Pass, you'll find a unique activation code on the back, along with instructions for creating an account and activating your Pass.

Digital Passes receive an activation code by email. Simply create an account in the app and enter your code to start!

Simply open the app, select the café you’re visiting, and show the barista your screen as you swipe the “redeem drink” toggle so they can visually verify the redemption. Your redemption will be recorded automatically.

Your 2027 Coffee Pass is valid from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027.

37 cups over 52 weeks, plenty of time to explore at your own pace.

Unused offers do not carry over and can’t be redeemed after December 31, 2027.
