How do I get started once I receive the physical Pass?
Scratch the back of your Pass to reveal your unique activation code.
Download the app.
Create an account and enter the activation code.
Voilà, start your coffee adventure!
Once you’ve downloaded the app and created an account, you don’t have to keep your physical Pass with you when visiting participating cafés.
How do I redeem my drink?
Simply open the app, select the café you’re visiting, and ask the barista for the café’s unique 4-digit code. Your redemption will be recorded automatically. Enjoy!

Can I purchase a Pass online and pick it up in store?
No, physical Passes purchased on our website will be mailed directly to you or your giftee.
Physical Passes can also be purchased at any participating café. Please visit the counter to purchase a Pass.
Digital Pass
Digital Passes are available online for instant access and easy gifting.
If it’s a gift, simply forward the activation code email to your giftee.
You’ll receive two emails after purchase: an order confirmation email and an email with your unique activation code.
