How long does shipping take?
Your printed Pass will arrive within 5–7 business days.

Can I purchase a physical Pass online and pick it up in store?
No, physical Passes purchased on our website will be mailed directly to you.
Physical Passes can also be purchased at any participating café. Please visit the counter to purchase and pick up a Pass.
Do I need the app?
Yes. The app is required to activate and access your Pass, explore cafés, and redeem your offers.
If you purchased a physical Pass, you'll find a unique activation code on the back, along with instructions for creating an account and activating your Pass.
Digital Passes receive an activation code by email. Simply create an account in the app and enter your code to start!
What if I forget to bring my physical Pass?
No worries, once you’ve downloaded the app and created an account with your activation code, you no longer need the physical Pass.
If you haven’t download the app and activated your Pass yet, treat the Pass like cash until you've created your account and redeemed your activation code.
